Award winning artist Federica Campagnari (MFA University of Padova, Italy) successfully incorporates the abstract imagery using different media which allows her to create visual elements that interact within an imagined open space.
“ My artwork is an extension of my emotions, " she says. "It is a dreamlike dimension in which there are no rules and anything is possible. In my work, I am inspired by personal life changes, a major relocation, and cultural differences. As a result, my compositions embody landscapes, lines and shapes that can bring to mind letters and words, and hints of human figures, a reference to my early work."
A vital source of inspiration comes from years of experience in stained glass art and textile designs.
Originally from Italy, Federica Campagnari has her paintings displayed in Italian and American venues including at the Castelvecchio Museum of Verona, Italy and at the County Art Museum of Los Angeles.
